Welcome to Bana Bana (“we,” “our,” “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

3. User Accounts
   You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

4. Paid Features & Subscriptions
   Some features require payment. Prices and billing terms will be shown in the App before you purchase.
   Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in your app store account settings.
   All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. Health Disclaimer
   The App is designed for entertainment and wellness support. We are not a medical service. The App does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions.

6. Content Ownership
   You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it solely for operating and improving the App.
   All App graphics, pets, features, and software are owned by Bana Bana Inc. and protected by law.

7. User-Generated Challenges (if applicable)
   If you create or participate in challenges:

• Content must be respectful and not harmful.

• We may remove or restrict challenges that violate our policies.

   You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
